A Message From Paul Chek About The Spirit Gym Master Key:

I created the Spirit Gym Master Key as a symbol to inspire connection to, and embodiment of the key principles and corresponding practices that facilitate the cultivation of more love, life, and freedom. 

As you look at the master key (see photoS), you will see the dotted circle that is empty in the middle, from which the wings of black and white emerge. The empty circle represents the Unconditional Love of SOURCE; the black wing represents the Divine Feminine, and the white wing the Divine Masculine, emergent from The Eternal SOURCE. The wings are an ancient symbol of the spirit-soul, which exists in All dimensions and can move between them as guided by one's Intention.

Spirit Gym is based on 10 principles, within which, each person's myth (story) manifests as the reality of their unique life.

By understanding and applying the 10 Principles of Spirit Gym in one's life, one is choosing to engage their life as a conscious co-creator with SOURCE.

By wearing the Spirit Gym Master Key, we are making a commitment to "ourselves" to remain conscious of the fact that SOURCE, being Unconditional Love, always says "YES!" to any experience we create, and that it is an invitation to be more aware of the power of SOURCE within us when we are experiencing "what we don't want in our life." By wearing the Master Key, we carry a constant reminder to engage the principles by which our Dreaming manifests itself within, and as our story. We choose to take full responsibility for the Gift and Blessing of Life in, with, and as The Divine. We commit ourselves to turning our challenges into opportunities to live more fully, love more fully, and create more freedom for ourselves and others. We honor our relationship with our Self, knowing that the Self is All that supports us in being, and being fully present, fully alive, and loving fully.

When we wear the Spirit Gym Master Key, we are aware that we are being supported by, and supporting all Spirit Gym Practitioners in the process of being the silent lover, and silent teacher that has come to make the world a better place for All living beings.

We are living our prayer of acknowledgment that there is no GOD but GOD, and that we worship everything and everyone as the embodiment of The Divine. 

In so doing, we each choose to make the world a better place each day, for all living beings, now, and in the future. 

When you wear the Spirit Gym Master Key, you wear your commitment to yourself, and to all who devote themselves to world harmony and world peace, and choose to be the verb of love each day.
